12月1日，德州市住房公积金管理委员会办公室发布通知，为满足住房公积金缴存人多元化需求，切实提升服务质量和效率，经研究决定，开展住房公积金贷款还款方式变更业务，具体内容如下：
住房公积金贷款借款人，正常还款6个月（含）后，符合变更条件的，可申请变更一次还款方式，即重新选择等额本金或等额本息还款方式。
