11月30日，浙江温州陈女士爬山归来，身上挂满空瓶免费送给捡废品老人。陈女士称自己爱好爬山，看到山上的塑料垃圾感觉很难过。于是每次出门爬山都会带两个袋子，下山的时候顺便捡拾空瓶子，两个袋子装满，装不下了就绑在背串起来绑在背上，下山后送给需要的人。陈女士说，想通过自己的行为去感染到身边的每一个人，真的不要再丢垃圾了。
