“山东重工资讯”消息，11月30日上午，山东重工集团召开领导干部会议，宣布省委关于山东重工集团主要负责同志调整的决定，王志坚同志任山东重工集团有限公司党委书记、董事长。
王志坚出生于1970年，2022年12月任山东重工集团党委副书记、副总经理，2024年7月任山东重工集团党委副书记、总经理，至本次履新。
此外，2024年7月起，王志坚同时担任中国重汽集团党委书记、董事长、总经理。
此前，时任山东省国资委党委书记、主任的满慎刚于2024年6月起同时担任山东重工集团党委书记、董事长。本月初，满慎刚已任东营市委书记。
