关于解除、中止医保协议的零售药店信息的公示
根据《零售药店医疗保障定点管理暂行办法》（国家医疗保障局第3号）、《医药机构医疗保障协议管理经办规程（试行）》及《白银市医药机构医疗保障定点管理业务经办规程》相关规定，现将与白银市医疗保障服务中心解除、中止医保协议的零售药店名单予以公布。
