11月28日，据中旅资产消息，港中旅慈善基金捐赠现金1000万港元，用于受灾居民的医疗救助、过渡安置及生活物资保障等，以缓解燃眉之急。此外，集团也结合业务优势，调动资源，准备好部分酒店、公寓房间，为受灾居民提供紧急住宿支援。开通回乡证办理“绿色通道”，为有紧急需求的受灾居民提供优先受理、简化流程及加速办理等便利措施，尽力协助受灾居民。
