11月28日，深交所公告，“21万科02”、“22万科02”跌超20%，“21万科06”、“21万科04”跌超30%，盘中临时停牌。
同时，万科股价再度走低。截至发稿，万科A（000002）跌超3%，续创10年新低；万科企业（02202.HK）跌超1%，股价创历史新低。
11月26日，万科在上清所发布召开“22万科MTN004”债券持有人会议公告，将于2025年12月10日，对本期债券展期相关事项进行审议。据披露，该债券本金兑付日为2025年12月15日，债券余额20亿，年利率3%。
