比如9万一平跌到6万一平，6万一平跌到4万一平，极端的例子陆家嘴旁边的世茂滨江十几万跌的9万附近了，目前只有新房开发商直接卖还卖的出价格！但是9万一平的陆家嘴又有多少人买得起
