中国银行公告称，2025年11月27日，该行2025年第四次临时股东会召开，董事长葛海蛟主持。3825名股东及代理人出席，持有表决权股份总数2678.95亿股，占比83.14%。会议审议通过2025年中期利润分配方案，同意票数占比99.996829%。银行将按每股0.1094元向12月10日收市后登记在册的A股和H股股东派息，A股、H股派息日预计分别为12月11日、2026年1月23日。
