11月27日，中源协和（600645）发布公告，陈轶青因个人原因于2025年11月26日辞去副总经理、董事会秘书和财务总监职务，辞职后将不再担任公司及其控股子公司任何职务。原定任期到期日为2026年5月15日。
在空缺期间，公司副董事长兼总经理王洪琦将代行财务总监职责，董事、副总经理李旭将代行董事会秘书职责。
2025年前三季度，中源协和实现收入10.92亿元，归母净利润1.08亿元。
