格隆汇11月27日｜荷兰银行的分析师Bill Diviney在一份报告中表示，英国央行更有可能在12月降息，因为周三公布的英国预算措施应该会降低通胀。他表示，燃油税的冻结和家庭能源账单的下降可能会推低通胀。荷兰银行预计，英国央行将在下个月将利率下调至3.75%，除非11月通胀数据出现意外大幅上升，该数据定于12月18日英国央行决议的前一天公布。
