财联社11月27日电，据统计，以首次公告日作为统计依据并剔除交易失败案例，仅11月份以来，A股市场就有18家央企控股上市公司参与并购交易。拉长时间维度来看，今年以来截至11月26日，A股市场有151家央企控股上市公司参与并购交易，占全部央企控股上市公司数量的超三成。从行业分布来看，多起并购重组涉及航空装备、能源及重型设备、半导体、新能源发电等战略性新兴领域。
