近日，一种褐色的巧克力金针菇在成都种植成功。封面新闻记者实地探访种植车间，发现在数排黄色金针菇中，2排褐色金针菇非常显眼。据四川省食用菌研究所研究员何晓兰介绍，这种金针菇最大的特点是口感比较脆，吃起来不容易塞牙，味道很不错，相信未来将进入市民的餐桌上。封面新闻记者 杨博 王丹黎
