格隆汇11月24日｜大东方公告，公司控股子公司上海均瑶医疗健康科技有限公司拟将所持有的金华联济医院有限公司80%的股权及均瑶医疗对金华联济的债权合计约8999.1万元转让给金华市林天生物科技有限公司。其中，股权以1元转让，债权以580万元转让。本次交易尚需提交公司股东会审议。
