【财华社讯】RAFFLESINTERIOR(01376.HK)公布，陈聪发为投放更多时间处理个人事务而呈辞公司独立非执行董事职务，自2025年12月10日起生效。董事会另宣布，张珪蓉已呈辞集团财务总监职务，自2026年2月4日起生效。张珪蓉确认，彼辞任乃由于董事会內新领导层采取强硬管治方针所致。
