人民财讯11月21日电，11月21日，记者从首都“十四五”规划高质量收官系列主题新闻发布会“住有所居”专场获悉，自2017年底上线住房租赁服务平台以来，目前平台租赁合同备案量已突破780万套，在全国位列第一。2019年以来，北京连续7年开展返工季、毕业季“惠民租房”系列服务活动，已实现签约44.48万套（间）。
