11月21日，吉祥航空（603885）发布公告，因自身业务安排及需要，公司控股股东均瑶集团拟在本公告披露日起15个交易日后的3个月内，通过集中竞价交易及大宗交易方式合计减持不超过公司总股本的3%，即不超过6552万股。
2025年前三季度，吉祥航空实现收入174.80亿元，归母净利润10.89亿元。
