人民财讯11月21日电，登海种业(002041)11月21日公告，公司拟在海南省东方市投资设立全资子公司“海南东方登海种业有限公司”，全面提升公司育种研发创新能力，进一步拓展区域业务布局、完善种业产业链条。此次对外投资由公司划拨3000万元的货币资金作为出资，占注册资本的100%。
