大族激光公告称，近日接控股股东大族控股及股东高云峰告知函，11月20日，大族控股解除质押1700万股，占其所持股份10.51%；高云峰解除质押65万股，占0.67%。11月21日，大族控股质押1900万股，占11.74%，用于偿还债务。截至公告披露日，上述股东及其一致行动人累计质押1.98亿股，占持股76.86%。大族控股、高云峰未来半年内到期质押股份对应融资余额8.41亿元，未来一年对应融资余额20.69亿元，还款资金来源充足。
