11月20日，比亚迪法务部今日发文，近期，就比亚迪起诉“王悟空说车”及相关账号网络侵权责任纠纷一案，我司收到法院判决，判令被告在《人民法院报》向比亚迪公司公开道歉并支付赔偿款等共计31.38万元。
