格隆汇11月20日丨百奥赛图-B(02315.HK)发布公告，中国证监会已于2025年10月15日批准公司的A股发行注册的申请。根据中国适用法律及法规的规定，公司及主包销商将于初步询价日(即2025年11月25日(九时三十分至十五时正))在中国向符合中国法律及法规规定的询价对象进行初步询价，以厘定发行价格。建议A股发行的最终规模及发行价格一经厘定，公司将另行刊发公告。
