每经AI快讯，11月19日，君逸数码(301172.SZ)公告称，公司与广东光宏精密科技有限公司签署增资协议书，将以自有资金1.2亿元对光宏精密进行增资，其中3315.3万元计入注册资本，剩余部分计入资本公积。增资完成后，公司将持有光宏精密60%的股权，光宏精密将成为公司控股子公司，纳入公司合并报表范围。
