财联社11月19日电，据中国有色金属工业协会信息统计部消息，有色金属工业生产总体保持合理增长，固定资产投资保持平稳增长势头。10月份，规模以上有色金属工业增加值同比实际增长4.0%（增加值增速均为扣除价格因素的实际增长率，下同）；1—10月份，规模以上有色金属工业增加值同比实际增长7.4%，增幅比前三季度低0.4个百分点，比规模以上工业增加值增幅高1.3个百分点。
