据水利部黄河水利委员会消息，今天（19日）起黄河进入2025—2026年度凌汛期。受强冷空气影响，11月16日至18日内蒙古地区气温明显下降。11月19日8时，黄河内蒙古包头河段出现流凌，流凌密度10%左右，首凌日期较常年偏早1天。目前，水利部黄河水利委员会已启动防凌运行机制，密切关注天气形势和发展变化，强化骨干水库调度和河道清障，做好水工程巡查防守，完善各类应急预案，确保防凌安全。（央视新闻）
