11月18日，私募股权投资公司Affinity Equity Partners宣布，同意将该公司所持日本汉堡王业务100%股份出售给高盛。该买卖协议的完成须满足惯例成交条件，包括获监管机构和特许经营商批准。
Affinity Equity表示，2017年收购日本汉堡王业务以来，后者收入增长290倍，门店数量扩展至310多家，其中包括2025年新增的85家门店。
