财联社11月18日电，作为扩大其在新兴硅光子行业业务版图战略的一部分，美国上市芯片制造商格芯(GlobalFoundries)已收购总部位于新加坡的Advanced Micro Foundry。格芯在一份声明中表示，该收购将使其按收入计算成为全球最大的硅光子代工厂。该交易的财务条款未予披露。
