11月17日晚，全运会男子1500米决赛，张展硕再次夺金，本次全运会个人第五金。此前，张展硕先后获得男子400米自由泳、200米自由泳、800米自由泳和4×200米自由泳接力冠军。
由于1500米体力消耗较大，张展硕退出了随后即将进行的400米个人混合泳比赛。
