据中国银行业协会消息，截至2024年末，我国各家城市商业银行总资产规模为60.15万亿元，相比1995年增长134倍，占银行业金融机构比例为13.53%，市场份额提升8.24个百分点，不良贷款率1.76%，拨备覆盖率188.08%，资本充足率12.97%，共有12家城商行资产规模过万亿元，5家城商行入选我国系统重要性银行。
