财联社11月17日电，据央视新闻，由于面临数十年来最严重干旱，伊朗近日启动人工增雨作业，地点包括西北部的乌鲁米耶湖一带。据当地气象部门资料，伊朗今年秋季降雨量较往年均值严重偏低，首都德黑兰的降雨量达百年来最低水平，一半省份数月无雨，多个水库水位降至历史最低点。
