格隆汇11月14日丨*ST阳光(000608.SZ)公布，近日公司接到控股股东京基集团的通知，京基集团于2025年11月13日与自然人刘丹女士签署《股份转让协议》，京基集团拟以2.42元/股的价格向刘丹女士转让其所持有的公司股份74,991,331股（无限售条件流通股），占公司总股本的10%，本次股份转让的交易对价总额为人民币181,479,021.02元。
