11月14日，新疆天业（600075）发布公告，拟与天池能源共同投资设立控股子公司，名称暂定为新疆天特联合新材料有限公司，注册资本为5000万元，其中公司以现金认缴出资2550万元，占注册资本的51%；天池能源以现金认缴出资2450万元，占注册资本的49%。此次投资旨在推动煤化工项目的前期工作，探索现代煤化工绿色可持续发展。
2025年前三季度，新疆天业实现收入79.70亿元，归母净利润718万元。
