11月13日，三峡人寿披露公告称，重庆渝富资本运营集团有限公司拟将所持公司5.62亿股股份（占公司总股本的18.54%）无偿划转至重庆发展投资有限公司。划转完成后，股权划转完成后，渝富资本持股比例由31.89%降至13.35%，重庆发展持股比例由14.46%升至33%，跃升为第一大股东。
