格隆汇11月13日｜美国驻华大使馆官方微信和微博账号11月13日发布消息称，账号已恢复正常运行。此前在10月7日，美国驻华大使馆发布提醒，表示由于拨款问题未决除紧急的安全和安保信息外账户将不会定期更新，直至恢复全面运作。
