《科创板日报》13日讯，三星电子和SK海力士已设定目标，力争在2026年上半年完成HBM4E的研发。据悉，HBM4E将应用于全球科技巨头的新型人工智能加速器中，包括英伟达Rubin平台的顶级版本R300。搭载HBM4E的AI加速器预计将于2027年发布，因此双方正在加速研发，争取在明年下半年完成质量验证。 (ChosunBiz)
