根据中华人民共和国公安部令第164号《机动车登记规定》第四十一条第四款之规定：机动车所有人办理注销登记时未交回机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证的。以下1456辆机动车（1298辆小型汽车、14辆大型汽车、9辆低速车、9辆摩托车、126辆外地车）办理报废注销业务，原牌证未收回，（2025年8-10月份）现公告原牌证作废：
