观点网讯：11月12日，度假全球在美国宣布，董事会任命独立董事Matthew E. Avril为临时总裁兼首席执行官，即刻生效。这一任命是在John Geller辞去总裁、首席执行官及董事职务后作出的。
Avril拥有超过30年酒店和度假售后返租行业经验，于2025年3月加入公司董事会。他近期担任Diamond Resorts International首席执行官，并曾是Vistana Signature Experiences的候任首席执行官，此前从Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide退休。
董事会已启动永久总裁兼首席执行官的选聘工作。
