土耳其电信巨头Turkcell当地时间11月12日发布公告称，已同谷歌签署协议，将就云计算技术展开战略合作。Turkcell表示，将根据协议扩展其数据中心基础设施，计划到2032年底前向该项目投资10亿美元。
