【美联：香港10月逾5000万港元豪宅一手成交量按月急升1倍 达一年高位】财联社11月11日电，据美联物业研究中心综合《一手住宅物业销售资讯网》资料及市场消息，香港10月逾5000万元(港元,下同)一手豪宅成交量共录66宗，比起9月33宗大幅急升约1倍，宗数连升3个月，兼创自去年10月后的1年新高。
