北京商报讯（记者宋亦桐）11月11日，四川金融监管局发布《关于巴中农村商业银行股份有限公司吸收合并南江农科村镇银行有限责任公司、平昌农科村镇银行有限责任公司的批复》，同意该行吸收合并南江农科村镇银行有限责任公司、平昌农科村镇银行有限责任公司，并承接南江农科村镇银行有限责任公司、平昌农科村镇银行有限责任公司清产核资后的债权、债务。
