11月11日，风华高科（000636）发布公告，公司董事会于近日收到证券事务代表张志辉的辞职报告，因挂职锻炼原因辞去该职务。辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
公司于2025年11月10日召开董事会，审议通过了聘请付茂红担任新的证券事务代表的议案，其任期与第十届董事会任期一致。
2025年前三季度，风华高科实现收入41.08亿元，归母净利润2.28亿元。
