11月5日上午11时，河南省南阳交警支队支队特勤大队接通知，有一辆使用“变造伪造机动车号牌”的白色丰田汽车，正在南阳市区行驶，队员迅速行动，将该车拦截。 经查，车辆上有变造机动车号牌的号码贴两幅，驾驶员张某对其使用号码贴“变造机动车号牌”的违法行为供认不讳。驾驶员将面临着罚款2000-5000元、驾驶证记12分、15日以下拘留。
