11月10日，贝壳发布2025年第三季财报。财报显示，贝壳三季度净收入231亿元，同比增长2.1%。净利润达7.47亿元。本季存量房业务GTV同比提升5.8%达5056亿元，新房业务GTV前三季同比增长约11%，当期“非房产交易业务”净收入占比升至45%，分摊总部费用前，家装家居业务和房产租赁业务双双实现业务城市层面盈利。三季度研发费用6.48亿元同比增13.2%，AI智能运营已深入租赁业务，收房人效提升13%。
