11月10日，中国银行（601988/03988）发布公告，本行已收到国家金融监督管理总局核准胡展云独立董事任职资格的批复。
自2025年11月7日起，胡展云就任本行独立非执行董事，同时担任本行董事会关联交易控制委员会主席及委员、审计委员会委员、提名和薪酬委员会委员。胡展云的董事任期为3年。
