据中国贸易救济信息网，11月7日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，应欧盟行业组织the European Thermal Paper Association于2025年9月24日提出的申请，对原产于中国的低克重热敏纸（Lightweight Thermal Paper）发起反补贴调查。涉案产品的欧盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）编码为ex 4809 90 00、ex 4811 90 00、ex 4816 90 00和ex 4823 90 85（欧盟TARIC编码为4809 90 00 10、4811 90 00 10、4816 90 00 10和4823 90 85 20）。本案补贴调查期为2024年10月1日至2025年9月30日，损害调查期为2022年1月1日至补贴调查期结束。
