万凯新材11月10日公告，公司计划通过全资子公司在海宁尖山新区投资建设公用热电联产项目，总投资11.22亿元，建设期2年。项目拟建规模为：5×150t/h高温超高压燃煤锅炉（4用1备）配1×12MW+1×6MW高温超高压背压式汽轮发电机组以及配套公用系统。本项目建成投产后，正常年份全年可供电量4425万kWh，供热量890.40万GJ。
