财联社11月10日电，据央视新闻报道，伊拉克9日安排特殊群体选民提前进行新一届国民议会选举投票，投票时间从当天7时持续至18时。伊拉克独立高等选举委员会当天晚间公布的数据显示，超过110万名安全人员和流离失所者等特殊群体选民完成投票，投票率超过82%。
