11月1号上海91年的叶姓精神障碍女（研究生学历）被99年的初中学历无业游民拐骗离家出走，家属11月3号亲赴上海辖区派出所报案。派出所不重视家属报案导致该无业游民成功于11月7号骗得该女补办的新身份证（该女身份证及财物均由朋友保管），当日马上打车买动车票逃离上海回河南老家欲结婚“零元购”老婆……现在家属万分焦急，警方迟迟没有进一步消息……希望大家转发
