根据《天津市供热用热条例》，我市供热期为当年11月15日至次年3月15日。如遇气温出现异常低温情况，市人民政府可以决定调整供热期时间。目前，全市供热系统处于热态调试阶段。根据气象会商研判，11月15日正式达标供热。
