乌克兰国家电力公司当地时间9日表示，由于俄罗斯持续对乌能源设施发动袭击，乌克兰多数地区将在11月10日实行全天限电措施。
该公司通报称，限电计划将从0时持续至23时59分，工业用户的用电功率也将在同一时间段受到限制。乌政府同时呼吁民众在有电时段节约用电。
