财联社11月9日电，深桑达Ａ(000032.SZ)公告称，下属公司中国电子系统工程第二建设有限公司（简称“中电二公司”）于近日补缴税款及滞纳金合计1.12亿元。截至公告披露日，公司已按要求将上述税款及滞纳金缴纳完毕。补缴事项将减少公司2025年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润约5736.46万元。
