面光：吊顶 4000K 柔光面板 45° 打向人脸，300lx，消除阴影；
轮廓光：后置 2700K 灯带，亮度 150lx，把人和背景分离；
背景光：壁挂洗墙 250lx，避免摄像头自动曝光狂拉亮度。
灯摆对，人人都是高清滤镜。
